Don't have a carb only breakfast, even with yogurt & milk as the base. I feel so run down now, and have ever since I got up. I will be having eggs for lunch, with meat. I need meat.
Yeah, I just learned that. While I am sorta tired of eggs & meat, at least now I can enjoy my whole grain english muffin with it. I will stick to this plan.
IMO that's the really tricky thing about diets -- you gotta find out what works for you! Good luck! Now that the weather is going better, I've been able to start walking. :-)
