Don't have a carb only breakfast, even with yogurt & milk as the base. I feel so run down now, and have ever since I got up. I will be having eggs for lunch, with meat. I need meat.

3 eggs and a donut (apple fritter) was breakfast. I was feeling really fatigured until an hour or so after I ate the fritter.

Hm. I have oatmeal and/or toast every morning. Often times there is fruit involved. The protein in with the breakfast is the rarity...

... course, I haven't been _really_ limiting my carbs intake prior to now.

I think we may have some protein powder, but I don't know how good it is. But I think I will stick to having meat with my breakfast.

IME carb only meals are A Bad Thing (tm). They make me sleepy. I loved the early days of Atkins. *yum* BACON!

Yeah, I just learned that. While I am sorta tired of eggs & meat, at least now I can enjoy my whole grain english muffin with it. I will stick to this plan.

IMO that's the really tricky thing about diets -- you gotta find out what works for you! Good luck! Now that the weather is going better, I've been able to start walking. :-)
