Sometimes, I wonder if people who subscribe to a certain religious belief, do so because they believe that it is true, or that it is a mere psychological crutch. you can grip both handles of a voltmeter to measure the potential difference between your two hands.
apparently that measures your...erh, I don't know, some inate quality that lets you determine how close you are to enlightenment? I forget specifically but as an electrical engineer, it was vaguely amusing and brought a smile to my lips. Haha!
