yup. cos my step sister (one step) tells me that she knows some of the culkins cousins (two steps) who would of course know macauly. then bringing in one of the corey feldman seperations, macauly (three steps) knows michael jackson (four steps) who knows corey.

and then on the other hand, julian casablancas (one step) of the strokes used my head to push himself up earlier this year and he knows fab (two steps) who knows drew barrymore (three steps) who went out with corey when she was like 14.

You have roused the sweet memories of my own electric youth through the black and white/burst of color shots. I believ this was also used for Color me Badd's "Sex YOU up", but I could be wrong. Either way I hate that shit. It makes me think of those gauzy handtinted wedding photographs... All black and white except for the cloying pink roses and bright gold weddding band.

you are so right, it was used in Color me Badd's "sex you up." and perhaps also in the "bust a move" video (the artist is escaping me.)

writing that stuff on 'electric youth' has given me (yet another) project idea...which would basically be an expanded version of the "e.y." analysis, plus other videos that "shaped" me...it could be really awesome but maybe boring & cheesy.
