Sorry I lagged out. It's been really exhausting moving back into my renovated house, but I'm surrounded by beauty.

I've been trying to figure out what you've been going through lately... quite a story. Please get well soon.

Menopause is one of the best things that ever happened to my health, even though it seems to have unmasked a fibromyalgia-like condition. And it is an excellent thing to live mostly on one floor, just a few steps above the ground.

I think I'd rather like menopause - when I get there.

I am working at getting well. It's all the bits around the surgery that have caused problems.

There is something to living on one floor, but I know if I did, I'd have less exercise than I do now, and I really do need it.

Thanks for the support though!

I have a big, prime of life dog making sure I got out for exercise. Not always a good solution tho; the first dog I got was a millstone around my neck for 6 years. The second is a winner. I didn't get fenceposts in for the dog yard before the ground froze....

Currently there's more snow, all the way down to the foreground. This is the view from my ISP's office, half a mile north of my house; I can see the same mountain from my front porch, with a flatter view of the big rock face: the bones of the earth.

Very nice photo! And now more snow you say. I have thought about singing in some local community whatever but I haven't done it yet. I hope you have an enjoyable time in the bluegrass band and that your wheeze and cough go away too. Hope you have enjoyable holidays!
