Say you're given an ellipsoid x^2/a^2 + y^2/b^2 +z^2/c^2 = 1
What is the largest parallelepiped that can fit inside the ellipsoid?
How do you express the volume of this shape in an integral, and how do you optimize the volume...?

I draw and write the same way: I begin with idle pencil strokes -- whatever pleases me -- yet my mind is devoid of any real intent. Eventually, I realize I've molded my innocent creation into something with form, and, at this point, I begin to refine it into something distinct.

I'm at college! All moved in :) My roomie is nice. Went to lunch with her. We're going to teach her and her bf to swim too :) Were going to swim tonight too -- but then we remembered about our floor meet at 9. Suck. :/ Oh well.
