HOW ARE YOU ALREADY A SENIOR?! funny though, because when i first met you i totally thought you were older than you were at the time. but you were, what, 12. 12?! no that's not right, is it? nooo...
that's such an optimistic way to look at it. i love your outlook. most people always complain about school. but there are kids in other places who would be so thrilled at the idea to be able to go to a school that had chalkboards and sharpened pencils and where they wouldn't have to share a used notebook with the kid sitting next to him, you know? i love it. and you. keep up the good attitude. you will go far with it :)
i also thought you were older when i first met you because i could not believe your maturity (if that sounds like a backhanded compliment, it's not, i promise!) and honestly, i still think that way. i LOVE your insightful entries, especially this one.
congratulations on surviving junior year :) you are amazing, dear.

AW I love you both! Honestly, I think my maturity has regressed since jr high... I went through a weird emo phase. Hahah.
Anyway, I just want to say how thankful I am to be able to interact and hear from two amazing people across the country.
