I feel an unfamiliar sensation while riding down a familiar track into the City they call Chicago. Happiness replaces the rushed anxiety of having to make it on time to an early morning class. Being in Nursing school gives you this empowering (maybe false) feeling that you have the capability to change the world. And not in the "I'm amazing" kind of way. Yesterday, I spent 5 hours going over online lectures and diligently taking notes on them. Five hours is a long time, I don't know if you know this. But it is. I could've driven to the Mall of frickin' America in that time and STILL had time to go shopping. Even though I don't like shopping, I much rather would've done that.
