I'm feeling pretty relaxified. Cartoon Network just finished playing my favorite movie evers (when I started this post, anyway) and I'm tiptoeing my way to half in the bag. More on that in a minute though. Here's what I'm up to...( tonight! )
This post rocks my socks. Vanilla Vodka?? never heard of such a thing. Your soup looks mighty tasty. I have 3 Harry Potter books in my house, but *gasp* I have never read them, I need my geek lisence revoked.
Hehe thanks Josh! The vanilla-ness of the vodka was pretty good. I've never had it before either, but I've used Vanilla Coke for mixing before and it was similar. The black cherry cranberry/vanilla vodka was a little TOO sweet even for me, but regular Coke/vanilla vodka would be yum.
Josh. Seriously. I'm going to keep my inner insane Harry Potter fanatic in check here, but you've GOT to read them! I always recommend to new readers that they can watch the first movie, and skip straight to the second book if they're so inclined. They miss out on some of the awesome of Sorcerer's Stone, but anything that gets them reading Chamber of Secrets is a good thing. By Prisoner of Azakaban, they're hooked.
My birthday's technically Tuesday, but today is cake and partying day :D Thanks for the wishes!
The great thing about both Harry Potter and LOST is they are always awesome and totally self-contained. Whenever one is ready, they are there, waiting, to be enjoyed. There's still time to even catch up on LOST before it's all over ;)
I gotta agree with Josh, this was a great post. Everyone seems to be doing the drinking and posting thing, I guess I'm gonna have to get on that train here soon. And yeah that soup did look tasty, so did the cookies! As for Fargo, yeah you'll have to rent it because they'll cut so much of what makes it a good movie out on Comedy Central. And Josh, shame on you! Although I'm with you on the Lost thing, I've tried to watch it and just couldn't get into it, but definitely check out the HP books! Dan
Thanks a lot Dan! These were definitely good eats. The soup's sitting in the fridge right now and I think I might hear it calling my name. Soup for breakfast? Why not!
I don't think I've seen a single Coen brothers movie in full besides the Big Lebowski. *checks IMDB* Okay, I forgot about Raising Arizona, I've seen that one too, but once again butchered on Comedy Central. I think I needs to have me a marathon sometime here and see the rest.
