When I heard the story over the weekend, I was baffled that they in some way or another hadn't heard that name used in it's actual context. I mean, did they just hear the name "Lolita" and think "oh, that's pretty, let's name some beds after it". Corporate coverups are funny!
Yeah, surely someone in the company knew what it meant. Presumably, office politics kept the knowledgeable person from cluing in the important people on the project. That is truly a failure of corporate culture if I've ever heard one.
