Eh. Curry isn't that garlicky--it gets the equivalent of maybe 2 cloves of garlic, and that amount is spread into enough food for 4 people. So I wouldn't worry about it making you exude garlic.

That said, last night's meal may take all weekend to flush out of your system. I'm just not sure.
