Good idea, old chap. There's wishful thinking and then there's realistic thinking, though. Sadly they do not overlap entirely although they have a surprising amount in common. Score!
I can see that. There are parts of Quincy that are very pretty--a friend of mine from college who went to high school in St. Louis said that she took a field trip to Quincy to look at the architecture (sp?).
And it does have nice architecture. Big, older homes on tree-lined streets. Quite attractive. A good place to spend some time if it weren't for all the Republicans. And everything closing at 9 PM.
