Honestly I thought I would hate Twilight, just based on the first few minutes. But then she starts using big words at Spike and my heart melted a bit, and then by the end of the episode I was all "She's cool!"
But I have that feeling for all of them, even Pinkie Pie. Usually she's just kinda there on my radar, but she honestly can make me laugh and eps focusing on her aren't a chore. She's cute and fun.
Yeah, I was a bit unsure about her at first, but it was her and Spike's interactions that got me to really like her.
Pinkie Pie sometimes is on the edge for me as far as tolerance levels go, but I'd be lying if she wasn't genuinely funny and makes me go, "oh hell, what was I thinking? You're pretty damn adorable!" And Rarity has this one part in a later episode that had me dying. I'm actually really damn impressed with just how fun the show is.

Twilight is hands-down my favorite of the bunch, but they're all fun in their own right. (And hot damn, it's addicting to watch that show :| )
