You've got great cropping on the icons, and a good color sense! I think what would really improve the icons a lot is if you played with the text a little. Definitely anti-alias it; right now it's REALLY jagged and it detracts from the icon. Try smoothing it out.

Oooh, good point. I'm not too good with fonts and don't know them too well, so I'll mess around with that!
