Ah I'm so failing this mini-hiatus of the Internets. And why am I picking up new shows when I'm not caught up on other ones I should be catching up on? (Just to name three: Big Love [which has 10 episodes this season, WHAT? the finale's on the 22nd aka SUNDAY?], Chuck, and Heroes.) I'm blaming missyahtzee. I've seen the first three episodes of Being Erica now

I've only seen the first 3 episodes of Being Erica but I really liked it. Unfortunately, it had the unpleasant fortune of being shown on CBC which means that I'm bombarded with annoying ads between Jeopardy and it just makes me NOT want to watch it. Also, it moved nights I think to when something else was on that I watch. But I can't wait until the season is finished and I can marathon it. TYRON LEITSO!

Stop spoiling yourself by reading my comments! Naughty! Heeeee. Everything you wrote is spot on. This show is the greatest thing to happen to my life in the last week! I'm joining being_erica now too! I was just thinking about all the Wonderfalls comparisons last night before I fell asleep and thinking about making a pictorial comparison!

(BTW, the first episode was set in 1992 - you see flashes of the banner for the dance which has '92 on it. Also, Erica mentions in a later episode that she was born in 1976.)
