WELCOME TO OUR OOC CLASS LOG!

How this will work, is that professors who wish to hold an OOC log post a thread for each year of their classes, labeled with the year and class. Then, students reply and we carry out one of our OOC logs. For examples of how our OOC logs are carried out, please go hereIf you find that events are carried out in the ( Read more... )

Alright guys, enough of this namby pamby feelings crap. Turn in your essays on fears, then man up because this week we're gonna read these books brains out!

Okay little ones, we are going to start an analysis of Bombadil's Fanciful Exploration of Dreams, and compare it to the Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Look for common thematic elements, and similar symbolism. Anyone mentioning Shota or Lolita complexes will be asked how the hell a 1-3rd year knows those terms.

Cough He's been called a shota on several occasions.... Doesn't contribute anything to the discussion, however.

Well, Zak's not so good on the thematic analysis, but both books do share the trait of boring him to tears. Any and all suggestive content will fly right over his head.

Taking notes good girl. Break makes sure to write enough on the board for her to follow.

Alright kids, time to get your hands dirty. Break out those toolboxes, because we're going to learn about repairing machinery this week.

Han gives you all airplane models, without the instruction booklet. Build the plane correctly before the end of class. Han's up at the front of the room, ask him questions if you dare.

She tries, but ultimately there's no way that plane is going to be anything more than mangled mess of parts by the end of class. Well, not unless she gets a little help anyway.

Shar isn't having much luck with the model airplane either. She, more or less, just sits there staring at it. Crud. She looks to the other girl for a hint or two only to notice the mangled mess of wood. Well, so much for that.

Szayel may or may not be sporting some bandages in odd places. Don't ask unless you want an immediate detention.

He's going light on all of you, mostly because of the horrible life he's had lately. You'll be paired up and are just going to be brewing a Swelling Solution. As usual, testing it on your lab partner gets you bonus points.

Lizzie jumps at the chance to be paired with Ciel~! She will test the potion as well. Isn't this fun?!

Is relieved by the light workload, and looks for someone he doesn't like. Childish, yes, but it might serve to be mildly amusing.

Continuing on basic level time magic. He goes over the basic fundamental spell incatations that are ESSENTIAL to any time related spell. He expects you to be taking notes and hints that there might well be a quiz over the material in the near future.

Homework is to read further in your text book. He wants them to answer chapter questions and turn it in by the end of the week.

Luxord has students work in small groups with cards as they try to use time to their advantage in a game. Some may call this cheating, but Luxord says it is just an exercise in honing one's manipulation skill.

He asks that students try to speed up their own time to gain better reaction in Slap Jack. Attempt to pause time around them so that they can look at other people's hands in poker and/or rearrange cards. This is mostly focusing on precise movements though time.
