Returning to the castle after a visit to the pub in Hogsmeade, Joy returned to the castle a little bit tipsy but not enough to lose her poise as she walked through the hallways back to her office in the back of the infirmary. Actually, after the trip to Hogsmeade, her earlier frustration and stress just completely vanished mostly thanks to the unexpected company. Speaking with Aerith for most of the afternoon, she returned with some enthusiasm, tossing her stuff aside as she rummaged through an extensive wardrobe of fancy Chinese brocade dresses.
Slipping on a pair of heels and a form fitting green dress, she left the infirmary for the second time that day and walked through the halls in search of the office of the Literature professor. She may not have been familiar with the way but, Joy was comfortable enough with the castle that it didn’t bother her as much as it did trying to arrive to Three Broomsticks. After a few minutes, she arrived at the appropriate door and knocked on it, leaning against one side of the doorframe as she waited for the professor to answer.
