After a long day with hardly anybody around, and an even longer two weeks with both Ken-sensei going off to be a hero and Konohamaru with his grandfather, it was nice that Komachi had something to look forward to with all the Hufflepuff girls. Cynthia was really nice to have thought of this idea and get everyone together.

With a grin, the young girl grabbed a handful of candy, plopping down on one of the chairs. She happily munched on a piece of something sugary sweet, thinking that this would be the first sleepover she was part of in two years. This one would be much different than those ones, though.

After spending some after the trip pretending not to study, Demyx eventually decided it was time to join his fellow Hufflepuff's in the common room. Arms laden with all sorts of candy and toys from the joke shop, he skipped down the steps two at a time.

He grinned around the room seeing all the things Cynthia had put together for them. His grin broadened when he caught sight of Komachi.

"Heyhey, Komachi! Don't eat too much of that!" with difficulty, he motioned the younger girl over to him. "See all this? Totally yours!"

Looking up when she heard her name, Komachi's grin brightened at seeing Demyx, his arms filled with all kinds of things. All kinds of things that he said were totally hers. She put the rest of the candy that she hadn't eaten back into a bowl. If she had her own stash now, she wasn't going to take from everyone else.

Hopping up from her seat, she made her way over to him, eyes wide. "All for me? Really? Was your trip fun, Demyx?" She was really getting spoiled at this school.

Rubbing her eyes and yawning, Chiyo made her way down to the Hufflepuff common room. It had been a long day, the first half spent in Hogsmeade and the second spent studying in the library. After a few hours, she'd noticed the time and decided to head up to the dormitory for a quick nap. She wanted to be able to stay awake for the slumber party, after all!

She entered the common room and saw Cynthia, Komachi and Demyx already there. "Good evening, Cynthia-sempai, Koma-chan, Demyx-sempai!" she said happily, waving and walking over to the two who appeared to be sharing candy.

Chao had no real idea why she was brought here. Even when she sat herself down at a table on the far side of the common room, she couldn't help but feel that she was only present because it was just one of Cynthia's random wishes. Not that she had a problem with her distant friend, but being nearly dragged from her books so that she could participate to this event wasn't exactly a highlight either.

Still, she'd best make the most of her situation. With a patient and casual smile on her face, she popped a few chocolates in her mouth and continued to watch the rest of the party guests from afar. Was it just her or were a lot of these choices random?

Yuma had a natural affinity for sneaking in and out of places unnoticed, and although Cynthia was in the room at the moment, she seemed to be preoccupied, and so took the chance to slip into the Common Room. It wasn't as if she wanted to avoid Cynthia at all times, but she could be a bit...overwhelming and so it was best, Yuma thought, to make her presence known at a later time. Besides, she was still pretty annoyed about that survival training thing...

She sat a little ways away from Chao, smiled and waved. She didn't know the girl very well, but it was good to be polite about things.

"It's um...pretty lively in here, huh?"

Chao could only wish to have that ability at times when it came to Cynthia, but the whole event didn't seem too bad. however insistant Cynthia could be, she was still polite and only wanted everyone around her to be happy. Chao could be okay with that goal.

She just finised eating her mouthful of chocolate just when the younger claymore waved to her. Already Chao could tell just from the look of the platinum blonde girl that she had a very timid way about her. She gave Yuma a sweet smile and waved back.

"It certainly is, isn't it? Cynthia certainly knows how to keep a party going." Chao giggled under her breath, staring back at the party as she answered. glancing back over at Yuma, she kept the sweet smile for her. "You're one of her cousins, aren't you?"

"Yeah, she's...better than most of us at it." Yuma's gaze flickered over to the small crowd, and then back to Chao. She nodded at the mention of cousins. Despite her overall nervous behavior, she knew how to keep a straight face when that subject came up. "Yeah, um...my older cousin."

Yuma relaxed a bit in her chair. "She's always liked groups." She smiled too, but it was a subdued, almost wistful smile. She drummed her fingers on the table, uncomfortable with the lapse in silence but not knowing what subject she could bring up next.

"I hope she didn't um, make you come to this. She doesn't mean any harm, Cynthia's just...enthusiastic."

Okay, so Isane was nervous at having unexpectedly stumbled upon a party. If Cynthia hadn't told her that this was a study group for Health and Medicine she wouldn't have come to the Hufflepuff Common Room. For one, she was not really the partying type, which was why she'd shrunk back a little against the wall next to the food table. And going unnoticed was quite a feat for the tall girl. Secondly, Isane was a little too much aware that Frances was in Hufflepuff, but she tried not to think about that.

It wasn't that she was afraid of people (well... Maybe a little of the forceful pigtailed Hufflepuff) but that she was quite at a loss for what to do at events like these. Hence the leaning against a nice, solid wall. Not sure what to do with her hands, she quickly picked up a cream puff and bit into it, looking around the room for someone she knew and could hopefully talk to.
