After a long day with hardly anybody around, and an even longer two weeks with both Ken-sensei going off to be a hero and Konohamaru with his grandfather, it was nice that Komachi had something to look forward to with all the Hufflepuff girls. Cynthia was really nice to have thought of this idea and get everyone together.

With a grin, the young girl grabbed a handful of candy, plopping down on one of the chairs. She happily munched on a piece of something sugary sweet, thinking that this would be the first sleepover she was part of in two years. This one would be much different than those ones, though.

After spending some after the trip pretending not to study, Demyx eventually decided it was time to join his fellow Hufflepuff's in the common room. Arms laden with all sorts of candy and toys from the joke shop, he skipped down the steps two at a time.

He grinned around the room seeing all the things Cynthia had put together for them. His grin broadened when he caught sight of Komachi.

"Heyhey, Komachi! Don't eat too much of that!" with difficulty, he motioned the younger girl over to him. "See all this? Totally yours!"

Looking up when she heard her name, Komachi's grin brightened at seeing Demyx, his arms filled with all kinds of things. All kinds of things that he said were totally hers. She put the rest of the candy that she hadn't eaten back into a bowl. If she had her own stash now, she wasn't going to take from everyone else.

Hopping up from her seat, she made her way over to him, eyes wide. "All for me? Really? Was your trip fun, Demyx?" She was really getting spoiled at this school.

Rubbing her eyes and yawning, Chiyo made her way down to the Hufflepuff common room. It had been a long day, the first half spent in Hogsmeade and the second spent studying in the library. After a few hours, she'd noticed the time and decided to head up to the dormitory for a quick nap. She wanted to be able to stay awake for the slumber party, after all!

She entered the common room and saw Cynthia, Komachi and Demyx already there. "Good evening, Cynthia-sempai, Koma-chan, Demyx-sempai!" she said happily, waving and walking over to the two who appeared to be sharing candy.

Hikaru, while sociable, was often in his own little world- so he was surprised when he came into the common room to see some kind of party going on. Not that he minded, of course.

Ooooh, candy. He grinned and made his way over to the candy as well, snitching a piece and unwrapping it.

"Hey guys," he smiled in greeting.

"Hi everyone! Having fun?" With a bright greeting, Cynthia arrived with a bowl full of lemon drops balanced on her hand, holding them out to everyone to grab the sweets as they wished, but didn't miss the stash her fellow seventh year already head. Good work, Demyx! "We've got, um... let's see... we have cards over there if anyone wants to play games, annnnd I think we managed to get just about everything Honeydukes had," she added with a laugh.

It was nice seeing so many of the students that were all different ages starting to come in and mingle. Cynthia smiled happily, absent mindedly twisting one of her pigtails around her fingers. "Hey, Dem - what're the odds of you playing for us later?" Another smile at the younger kids. "Any of you play instruments too? Demyx is really good!"

Demyx dumped the arm full of Candy onto the couch for Komachi and took a moment to wave around at everyone that had come into the room. "Just don't eat it all at once, got it?" He gave the younger Hufflepuff a quick pat on the head before turning to Cynthia.

"Play? Sure! I can go get my sitar now, if you want," he grinned. "I would love accompaniment too if anyone else plays!"

The party sure was beginning to grow as more people began to converge around the second year and her seventh year sidekick. "I'll make sure to limit myself!" Komachi exclaimed to Demyx with a fierce nod. Why eat what he had brought for her when Cynthia had gone through all the trouble of getting all these other snacks specifically for the party?

"Hi, Chiyo!" Komachi grinned at her friend. "How was your time at Hogsmeade?" Even though Chiyo was actually younger than she was, the fifth year was ridiculously smart, and Komachi couldn't fault her for that at all.

This party was already so much fun, and it definitely was going to make up for the disaster that had been her Halloween. She waved to Hikaru and grabbed a lemon drop from the bowl Cynthia was holding.

Chiyo's eyes lit up as Cynthia held out the bowl of lemon drops. They were her favorite candy, but she was the responsible sort and didn't eat much sugar, since she wanted to take good care of her teeth. Dental hygiene was important if she didn't want to end up toothless. She thought about it for a moment, and decided that a sleepover was an appropriate time for candy. Grabbing a few, she settled herself on the sofa, her feet dangling over the edge. She frowned slightly and stretched out her legs, trying to see if she could touch the floor. She couldn't. Chiyo sighed to herself, and looked at Cynthia wistfully. Maybe someday she'd be that tall

Kururu had been running late, after her potions class she was forced asked to stay late after unfortunately....blowing her project up. She picked some of the goo out of her already messy hair as she entered the Hufflepuff common room, acting a bit more nervous than her usual self. However, The blond kept up a somewhat happy smile. She wasn't about to give up so soon.

"O...Oh, right there was a sleep over today wasn't there?" The girl ask laying her things down and slowly making her way to the group of people.

"Nope, no instruments," Hikaru said, his mouth full of candy. He was more interested in the sugar than the music, anyway.

When he swallowed, he smiled and spoke a little more clearly. "Hey, Kururu. Sleep over? Sleep over for what?" Hikaru hadn't heard about such a thing, but then, it was supposed to be for the girls, after all. He generally didn't pay that much attention to anything that had to do with girls, if he even noticed at all.
