Summertime, and the livin' is easy - or not
Well, it's (not actually) going to be the hottest weekend of the summer so it must be time for Artscape! Parking is already atrocious and will only get worse as they finish closing off all the streets tomorrow. We'll make do, we always manage.... Refi Hell - we are out of it!!!
We have finally finished the refi of our house! The old mortgage has been paid off and we have extra $ to remove some of our debts. Yay! It only took 5 months (which I figure was about 4 weeks solid of my time) phoning, faxing, emailing and putting together pdf docs, repeatedly. At my wit's end
The DH is ~ 7 months from home.
Work is getting me down.
The yards, as small as they are, are a handful.
The house needs so many small things taken care of.
Depression kinda kickin' my ass.
My keyboard is funky & my fingers are having a hard time hitting the right keys!
Time for the Mr. Yuck face. :( -
We are rich (very briefly)....
For another brief shining moment we actually have money in the bank! It won't last long, still have to pay the mortgage, and get the front of the house painted & one of the mustache windows is coming apart.... But for right this moment I don't feel like we are drowning! Yay ( Read more... )
