What do I want to do in my next "career"? The pressure from my DH is a little upsetting because he wants an answer now. What I'm struggling with is formulating an actual plan since things have mostly just fallen in my lap when you come right down to it.

So, this long weekend I watched the Inauguration with my DH, a friend took me to lunch for my birthday, my DH gave me many wonderful pieces of jewelry, I got my hair permed and though it didn't turn out exactly as I wanted it still looks pretty good! VA Refi - the gift that just keeps on giving....
So, a week ago the VA called to say that they had loaned us too much money & they want it back! Fortuitously, we had the $2K in a savings account, but Sheesh! All they had to say was "Sorry, our bad!" And we don't have recourse.... -

•It's Friday (YAY!)
•We're several weeks into living within our new budget, and so far so good.
•We're giving ourselves a raise on our allowance.
•At this point, our big-boy cat is in "diabetic vacation" according to the vet.
•The pointy-haired boss is now "on vacation" which translates into he doesn't call anyone!
