Hoo boy, cream of carrot soup is sure, um. Carrotty. But, I have now officially christened the Crock Pot! Stewy goodness shall ensue.

What flavor do I need to add to carrot soup to make it, y'know, yummy?

I'd probably put some ginger in it. Okay, I'd probably put a -lot- of ginger in it.

are you vegetarian? if not, a little chicken broth would give it some yum. if you are a vegetarian, forget i said that. forget, forget!! i'm sorry!!

Granny smith apples would work, as would ginger. At the other end of the spectrum, cumin works really well with carrots.

We're operating on the assumption here that such a thing is possible, right? Because I got nothing.

Then again, I'm not much a soup person myself. Ginger and/or chicken seems to be the consensus from a quick Google.
