I don't think I heard about this until yesterday, although it seems to have happened on Monday in Tulsa, where I live.  This is a sad story, and I'd suggest you discontinue reading if you are not in the mood for a shockingly upsetting story.  I'm sorry, but I really just need to take a moment and get it out

*cries* I don't even LIKE labs. God, how could anyone DO that to their kid and then their dog. I hope that whole family dies out, as horrible as that sounds, because anyone that stupid just hurts me to exist.
