Iowa...in a nutshell
Well, my Thanksgiving holiday could have been a little better. We got there Wednesday night around 10ish and we stayed up a little chatting with my aunt and uncle and then I went to bed. I guess it's been a while...
I just got done working out. I did an hour long sculpt workout and while I'm not regretting the actual workout, I am regretting using heavier weights than I should have. I'm in pain right now. So I'm at work today minding my own business when all of a sudden this guy wearing nothing but a banana hammock and a short red cape comes running down the mall corridor towards the men's Dillards. I am so freaking tired right now. Wednesday night when I was trying to sleep I woke up at 1am and couldn't fall back to sleep until 3:30am. That sucked royally. Last night I didn't crawl into bed until around midnight and I woke up at 7am.
