My god, an occuria, jealous? And yet I can see that threaded through all of Venat's words. Awesome. And The suggestion of Venat having worn certain other guises for him in the past, mmmm.

Hah, yeah, Venat is totally playing the jealous girlfriend here, isn't she? ...I have it in my head that the occuria are capable of mimicking human forms as long as the humans in question are dead, which leads to some fabulous complications in how their manipulations work.

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I found that my appreciation for all the occuria went up as soon as Mith mentioned the iambs. How do I not love that? Heresy measured in meter! <3

Mmmm, iambs. Is it any surprise I like the pentameter? *rolls around in them for a while* The diction here really is scorchingly hot.

And agreeing with Mith about the awesomeness of a jealous Occuria. Prr. Vayne possibly infatuated also = purr.

Thank you! I was really so glad that Mith mentioned the iambs early enough in the month for me to re-work Venat's dialogue to get them in. Seriously, they make the occuria so fabulous.

...I think I would probably buy an entire new game system to be able to play things translated this well.
