Oh mrrr! Jack's voice is perfect here, and yay for Balthier showing his piratey ways! ;P

*grin* Jack is a lot of fun to write, but Balthier won the toss for who got to third person narrate so Jack decided to be as memorable as possible in the lines he had :P

And really, being a pirate must be way more satisfying than being a hero - there's no real reason why you can't have what you want.

*grin* I can't help it, I like Vaan, but he's so horribly obtuse that sometimes I just have to poke fun at him.

And the dynamics between these three are surprisingly entertaining to work with. Glad you enjoyed! :)
