I usually dont mind the Portland rain, but last night and tonight, it is completely screwing a film shoot. Rescheduling shoot days when only about half the production is "in the can" is a royal pain. Especially when cast/crew have other obligations. On the plus side, i am really confident in what we managed to shoot. I cant wait to see the ( Read more... )

I'd hate to see Portland as overrun as say... L.A., but sometimes I wish we had MUCH more SUN. In fact, LOTS more SUN. I'd be happy with 3 of four days SUN.

As you can tell, I'm sick of the rain for other reasons than your own.

Oh well--other than moving, what can you do/?/

I'm taking a 4-day weekend for the first weekend in March and going to NYC. You should go too.

I probably wont be able to make it out til May at the earliest. Plus, its going to take some coordinating as far as who i want to see out there. It might be a combination business/pleasure trip.. at least thats what im aiming for.
