PS3!

I was just wondering, are there any PS3 packages available in the US like they have here? Over here we have like a Gran Turismo Prologue pack and ofcourse the new GTA IV pack, which has the PS3 along with the game usually at a cheaper price then buying them separate or can you only get the console by itself in the states

Well, there's going to be a MGS4 package, and I want to say that there was a DMC package in the US (I know there definitely was a Japanese bundle), and a SOCOM package.

...Don't quote me on that, since I'm not sure since I had bought my PS3 before they started doing all the bundles and weird HD sizes.

You probably have one of the GOOD HD sizes. Ugh. The death of PS2 support in the PS3 hardware angers me. -sigh-

Steve-> I imagine you're probably aware that the 40gb sized ones have no PS2 support, not even in software. Just throwing it out there.

...Yeah, I have a 60gig HD with the PS2 hardware in it, so I don't have to use emulation to play PS2 games :B. But I'll be honest, I hardly use the PS2 hardware on my PS3 because I still use my PS2(s) (...I have 3 PS2s. And they all still work perfectly. DON'T ASK ME WHY). If anything, I only use my PS3 for PS3 games and watching BluRay movies. Oh, and browsing teh internets.

Oh, and I know that they're also going to start releasing the weird colored PS3s here, too. So, if you want something other than black, we could probably hook you up if you can wait a month or two :)
