PS3!
I was just wondering, are there any PS3 packages available in the US like they have here? Over here we have like a Gran Turismo Prologue pack and ofcourse the new GTA IV pack, which has the PS3 along with the game usually at a cheaper price then buying them separate or can you only get the console by itself in the states?
The reason I'm asking is I'm looking at getting a PS3 from the US, especially since the games are region free and it has an internal power transformer so it makes sense to get the system imported then paying the premium price they want here for the PS3 still (see above link).
I know the console in the US costs $399 and I think shipping to Australia will be at least $60 since that's what Play-Asia is charging, so that's still a lot cheaper then the $695 USD we're asked to pay here. Plus Blu-Ray movies are cheap from Amazon so again importing them would be the way to go, especially if I have a US region PS3.
So yeah can anyone help me out with this? Also who is willing to buy me a PS3 and send it to me, providing I'll pay the cash ofcourse :P
