Day 4 - I'm hungry. I need to start logging my food in some calorie tracker cuz it's gotta be low and on days like today that's probably not good. Another day of general grumpiness, edginess and just blah. I don't worry about sticking with the diet but the training is INTENSE. I cannot even remember what all we went through:

Hey girl. You definitely should log your foods to see where your calories and %pro/carb/fat is at. Your moods are going to be messed up due to the low carb diet. And it will affect your memory too. Hopefully your brain will adjust with time. Good luck and let me know what vits/mins you are taking.

Hey chica! Yes I need to since I was given specific macros to meet each day. Ah I am so glad I have your input, the whole low carb part makes sense as to why I would be so grumpy. I know this is a phase 1 "cut" so basically drop bodyfat and I get to add fruit and stuff later. But he did warn me I would feel like crap at first. Although I weighed this morning and holy crap my weight has already dropped to 128.2 (from 130) so I see why they yank the carbs to lose the body fat! I know I will need more when we start going to build/ sculpt muscle.

I know, I'll get in trouble for missing meals/ snacks. But he started me in a cut to drop body fat then we add calories. At 25% he was like "no way girl no" :p I think it's a short 2 week phase. But I was 128 this morning and sore as all get out so I know it's working. I'm supposed to get to 127 before my diet changes again so I'm close!!!

I log everything over at myfitnesspal. They have a pretty active message board community, but I don't really post there. However, I do like their tracking tools. If you decide to track over there, "friend" me. You can decide to make your logs open to friends or keep them private...I kind of like it.
