Day 4 - I'm hungry. I need to start logging my food in some calorie tracker cuz it's gotta be low and on days like today that's probably not good. Another day of general grumpiness, edginess and just blah. I don't worry about sticking with the diet but the training is INTENSE. I cannot even remember what all we went through:

10 min jog
Press x20
Ground to overhead with barbell 20x
Pull ups 15
Hack squat 20
Abs 20
Frog leaps 2x20
Burpee pushups 15
Biceps curls x20
Pressx20
Gtoh z20
Abs x 20
Pull ups x12
Hack squat x15

Shoot that's all I remember I am sure things are missing. Cardio wise I was dying, tasting blood, feeling dizzy. Am stressed to train Mon and Tues next week will be a doozy for sure! So out of shape, but I'm lovng my coach. He spent so much time aft today working on my low back (massage, etc) so that I'm recovering to. He's supportive and motivating despite me being so out of shape. Can't wait to have progress pictures for you all in a few days!

Food:
Bf - oats, whey usual
Lu - egg white omelet veggies, 1/2 oats
Sn - egg white protein
sn - whey
Di - fish and green beans

Missed a meal and am paying for it, busy day. Need my calories.
