I honestly hate the idea of running, but reading your updates on it makes it feel almost attainable! I just wish I had a Micha to motivate me. Forr and Patrick are good at getting me up and at'em for the aerobic stuff, though, so I can't complain too much.

I won't pretend it's fun, but it feels really good every time we finish a run. Every week I look at the schedule and think the guys who wrote it are trying to kill me, but I know if I went back and did week one right now, it wouldn't feel like much of a workout. I never look forward to going, but I always feel really good about the progress.

If you do decide to take it up, I can heartily recommend the couch to 5k program, and if you ever want to come running with us, we'd love to have you. :)

I think Todd and I might start the program, too. We need to fit some exercise in, and your posts are inspiring.

Woo hoo! I'm inspirational. ;) It's seriously no fun at all while you're doing it; I won't lie to you about that. But the results feel great.
