Saturday night a bunch of us headed out to Charlottesville to see Ego Likeness and Bella Morte play. The opening band was a local duo called Tacit Act with a heavy VNV Nation influence. They were good, and had an excellent stage presence, which is more than I've come to expect from openers ( Read more... )

I liked Wolverine very much as well. I haven't written about it yet, but I found it to be quite enjoyable.

Well, I liked it well enough to see it twice, but that was primarily because I had a guest in town who hadn't seen it and was interested.

I liked X3 the least of the movies so far. This one beat out that for me. However, my feeling was that this movie was fun and entertaining to start and then starts to fray toward the end.

Another problem is that I am contrasting it against the new Star Trek, which I had nothing but good feelings about.

Remind Baron to show you the side-by-side Ryan Reynolds pics. He'll know what you mean, but I don't necessarily trust his at-times-ADD brain to remember. :-D
