I know one with a suicide but not a double suicide.
You have this great fic called A Bleak Understanding in Reverse by Lustmordred where Sam dies because of a brain tumor and Dean kills himself at the end.
I don't have in mind any fic that can fit with your request. It's a thing I would love to read but death!fics are not really popular in this fandom :/

Assuming self recs are okay: Going Home I don't know that it quite fits what you're looking for, as one dies and then the other does later on and it's a bit of an unconventional suicidie, but I think it still fits the general feel of what you're looking for.
