Anyways I was wondering if there are any fics like a spin on What is and Never Should Be? I was thinking where Dean was a hunter but Sam doesn't know anything about the Supernatural world but somehow finds out. Wincest would be awesome but not necessary.

I'm not sure if this fully meets your request, because it's completely AU, but Mary & Dean are hunters. John & Sam are innocents. Also, it's a self-rec. Told from Sam's POV; this is what happens with 2010 Dean is transported into a new reality to inhabit his own 18-year-old body.

The only one I know directly related to WIAWSNB is Sleepwalking Back Again. But if I understand your request right, it doesn't have to do with that ep or the wishverse, per se, just some AU where Dean has an apple pie life and gets pulled back into hunting and Sam doesn't?

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. Except maybe like in that episode Dean tries to hide it from Sam. But of course there is the big reveal and that sort of thing. :)
