Any with sam and dean being in a relationship and sam still leaves. Then later they pick up where they left it behind.

One of my very favorites is Linden's Four Winters Series. It doesn't take us all the way in to canon times, and "getting back together" is a stretch; but they do rekindle things, and the whole thing is angsty and loving and PERFECT. https://archiveofourown.org/series/59571
