Heaven looked a lot like Pittsburgh. Dean had a week to recover on a skanky hotel bed with a pissy angel who popped up with a bag of hamburgers every time Dean even thought about going outside...at least, he did until he realized Dean was using him as his personal delivery service. Then he only came twice a day, but he put some kind of hex on the door so Dean couldn't get out ( ... )
