Jared/Sam finds out that he is pregnant again with Jensen/Dean's baby (One baby. No twins, no multiples). Jensen/Dean is happy but scared too about the news because of a previous Jared/Sam's miscarriage. Jared/Sam is a little weak; he has nausea and occasional dizzy spells. Jensen/Dean is a TOTAL mother hen during the entire pregnancy; he doesn't want Jared/Sam to be by himself NEVER, he doesn't want Jared/Sam to work/hunt (maybe they can fight about this, because Jared/Sam works/hunts anyway), he oblige Jared/Sam to take naps everyday and checks on him while Jared/Sam is sleeping. And every other overprotective crap you can think about.
Jensen/Dean panics during the baby's birth because of a little complication (Jared/Sam is hemorragic or something). NO DEATH FIC, NO MISCARRIAGE.
