I think the season 1 scene you`ve mentioned, where Sam tucks the gun into the back of his jeans, that`s from "Skin"
that`s all I got for the gun part so far, I think it`s time for some serious SPN rewatching *duh*
#2 you can see a shoe in season 2 "Hunted" after the explosion, with Dean tied to the chair.
almost the same scene we can see already in the opening of the ep. while Ava is having the vision. In this 1st scene the shoe is bloody.
#1 (thanks, again, to my awefull memorie) I only know of one scene right now, that`s in season 6 "And then there were none", Sam grabs and moves Dean out of the way because of the trap Grandpa has set up.
oh, maybe "Faith" is of help also, there Sam moves a sick as a dog Dean to a chair.
and, that`s all. Sorry for me not being able to come up with more scenes.
edit: hmm, no idea if it`ll do the trick at all, since Dean doesn`t really hand the gun to Sam, but he puts it next to Sam when he`s on the bed in Season 6.22 "The Man Who Knew Too Much"

The only time I can think of Sam moving Dean into a chair is in Faith. Though.. check Yellow Fever... hmmm.. I know he steers Dean out of the police building, but not into a chair. (he grabs him and pulls him out..)
Sam does tuck the gun into the back of his pants in Skin but I'm not sure Dean hands it too him. Damnit... I think there is a scene somewhere of Dean handing Sam a gun but I can't think for the life of me where...I'll think on it.
Yep, am searching Yellow Fever right now, there is some lovely back patting, consoling and such in there that I've used later on, not quite what I'm looking for, but I hadn't found the police station one, that might be doable, will check.
Skin, seems to be the one I'm thinking of, again, I'll check to see if Dean does hand him the gun, but I'm sure there's one somewhere, thought that was it but I just bet by the time I find it I won't need it! *giggles*
Knowing me, you'll probably be the only person on the planet to see this shit! Crack? I think we might be talking honking big crevice right now and it'll only go downhill from here...this might be one for the "refuse" pile, not sure that it's going to translate well, if at all, but hey, it's keeping me busy!
