Haha cross-stitch! Love that you went with wound stitching after a fight.

*coughs gently* What's Jody doing with a machete though, you have to fight wendigos with fire! Gotta wonder, tbh, because surely if you held the thing still long enough to hack all its limbs and head off, it wouldn't do so well - I guess the issue there is keeping them still, and maybe they are very tough like old tree roots and you can't decapitate them with one swing like you can a vamp.

Come to think of it, there are very few monsters which wouldn't be severely hampered by a missing head. Even Leviathan were a bit stuck if you buried it somewhere!

Perhaps that’s why she’s injured? You’re right though, they do look quite gnarly. Perhaps a sawing motion is needed rather than a quick swipe ?

lol yes, maybe they should just use chainsaws as their go-to weapons... not much would escape a chainsaw, I think! Bit too likely to go wrong at a crucial moment though, or to jam. And Jody would have needed more than pretty stitching if she'd had an accident with a chainsaw... 😬
