IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Timezones

In order to help better our Hero/Damsel/Villain event for everyone, we need the time zones of every character involved. Since characters will be split into groups, they may need to coordinate schedules sometimes for threads. I don't want to segregate groups into specific time zones and restrict you to only threading with those in your timezone, but
