He still is, even though his senses tell him that that damnable King had disappeared from this world and therefore was no longer a factor to his plans. Right now, he can do as he pleases after all, ironically enough all thanks to Riku.
Still, when he sees the man responsible for creating this chance for him in first place, he can't help leaving the shadows to confront him.
