[ Firo reluctantly changes it to video. He tries his best to look as innocent as possible. Maybe Mao doesn't know he died. ]

[He doesn't know you died, but he knows something bad must have happened.]

[ He looks away and sighs. ]

[ Hesistant, Edel turns on the feed, but Firo's words about that man with the chains causes him to think twice for a moment.

There is a pause of silence before he finally speaks. ]

... Does it not worry you to wish something that could effect you? Memories are fragile, I can not even begin to imagine what the repercussions of a vague wish towards your memories could be.

[ Firo's plan was to feign intellectual curiosity if anybody asked. Edel's comment hits one of his fears right on the nose, and for some irrational reason, that upsets him. ]

Hey, pal, if I don't fix this, it'll effect a heckuva lot more people than just me.

You'll have to excuse me for not being aware of your predicament, I am no mind reader. I simply feel it's best to warn you about the implications of some magic and their side effects.

[ he sighs ] As if the situation isn't already looking horridly grim.

Maybe it has, and we just missed that conversation. It is something to think about though, if it's possible.

[ He falls silent for a moment. The killings aren't something he wants to bring up, but he does need to make sure all of his friends are okay. ]

[Well isn't that question enough to make Seto worry a little. Even the sound of his voice makes Seto a bit uneasy. But he prefers confronting Firo about this in person so he heads off to find him.

When he ends up in the Wonderland District, he almost immediately spots his brother and runs up to him with a frown on his face, stopping a few feet in front of him] Firo...

[ Firo doesn't hear Seto's footsteps until he's close and he jumps when he sees Seto there. He stares up at him and forces a smile. It doesn't work. ]

[ He folds his arms. ]
