[ it's been awhile since ace got to splendor, yet the weird things that happen continue being, well, weird. tonight he's walking around the wonderland district; aimlessly at first glance. whatever destination he had in mind is now completely lost, as he's utterly distracted by the giant bubbles appearing all over. he doesn't have his camping kit ( Read more... )

[Actually, Arabia doesn't actually sleep all that much and has an affinity for the night that was bred into him by his mother, who herself was raised in the darkness of a jungle where the night was the best time hunt. Arabia was not much of a hunter himself. He is a well documented collector and when he comes across one of the things he has decided is his, he approaches quietly. He likes Ace besides, the little toy soldier was approximately as intelligent as Tinkerbell, and occasionally as blithely insightful, but his overall conversation skills were far greater than his dog's.]

They also call it 'the blue hour' in some places.

[Arabia's arrogance has been known to get him into a terrible amount of trouble... It would be a pitied if he wised up and was spared it.]

It's the color of the sky when the sun is passed the horizon, but enough of its rays can still reach your eye. Neither full daylight, nor complete darkness.

Sounds ridiculous to call it that when the rest of the day, the sky is usually blue, isn't it?
