Or wow, music sounds great when it's not just coming out of the front left speaker. Intermittently.

Oh, yeah, I had a car like that for a while. There was a specific spot on the console where you had to whack it to make it work, and riding with new people was always fun because about ten minutes in I'd suddenly whack the side of the radio and they'd jump.

Heh. With my first car, the only way to get the overhead light to turn on was to punch the roof right next to it.

I was just thinking about your old games and how much I enjoyed them. And that you should run something again :).

Alas, I think my GMing days are well done and over. Fandom's kinda sucked all that energy from my brain.

It's not warmer yet! Well, at least not warmer enough to suit me.

Still, there are distinct moments of cognitive dissonance. Like remembering I actually have a passenger side mirror now. Or wow, music sounds great when it's not just coming out of the front left speaker.

Omg, you were clearly driving the truck version of my '77 Volvo because I've been having the same dissonance issues with my new Toyota. And, more than 6 months later, I still have to remind myself to use the passenger side mirror. The reminder usually comes after I've made a lane change sans mirror use and go, "Oh, yeah, should have looked in the mirror. Whoops." :)

*hugs* you for all the work craziness.

The other day, I happened to glance over to that side of the car, and freaked myself out a little because "OMG! I see things there!"

*hugs* There is less craziness! Or, at least, it's less concentrated craziness.
