I had an especially slow summer at work this year, but did I want to write? Nooooooo. And now that I'm registered to finish classes and work has gone nuts and I'm tearing out my hair, and I still have a crapload of stuff to organize and unpack at the house, my brain has kicked into overdrive and that's all I want to do. I had grand plans for dinofic this week, but it's turning into pediatric dentistry week instead. Dinofic is both cheaper and more fun. I hope your plan works out better than mine.

If I could write while a dentist's drill is whirring in the background, I could be very productive this week. Instead I'll probably catch up on what the stars wore to the Oscars this winter. Back issues of People, here I come!

*laughs* I feel your pain.

I can spend days when I have nothing else to do prodding and poking and getting, maybe, six sentences written.

Then on days when I'm busy with tons of stuff? I get lots of scenes and ideas. Sigh
