So. I've seen wistful sighs about lately at the lack of a newsletter-type community for SG-1, since the demise of sadly short-lived sg1_weekly. I'd considered offering to take it over back then, but better sense prevailed in the face of grad school and other insanities.

The better sense has apparently fled, and I'm thinking about putting one together. I still have enough sense to plead here for help - I'd like to get a few people from the various SG-1 fandom camps who'd interested in helping keep an eye out for links and discussions so that the community is as wide a representation of the fandom as possible.

Since I remember seeing that this issue was a part of what led to the previous SG-1 newsletter's demise, I plan to be pretty blunt upfront that my policy is if something is that publically posted, it's fair game. I'll remove links after an issue goes live if people request, but unless someone states clearly in a specific post or in their user info that they don't want to participate, it's fair game for the initial posting of the newsletter.
