Award-winning SF/fantasy/horror writer Tanith Lee died in 2015. Her house, in a quiet residential area of Hastings, UK, is now for sale. It is a detached property with a huge, lovely, wild garden. It's about 2km from the sea. Close enough to hear seagulls.

It's quite amazingly decorated. I suspect it will either go to developers who might just knock it down, or people who will turn it into just another house. Both of which would be a shame.
