It is considered pro rate. We just don't qualify as a SFWA pro-sale because of the minimum. But we will qualify for Nebula and Hugo under the current guidelines, I think. I must double check that (I'm a SFWA member).

I do not understand how one writes something that is 750 words long, much less 100 words long. I wish I did. Can you point me to something or things that will make it all magically comprehensible to me please?
