Wow. I'll be leaving to Sydney next Wednesday and given the fact that...

a) "Domestic Failure" is my middle name, (Hurray for instant noodles)
b) I cannot manage money at all, (This is especially ironic. I'm a 2nd Year Finance student)
c) I always fall sick and am insanely klutzy...

...I really should be at least a little bit panicked about ( Read more... )

Wow, a) and c) apply to me as well. XD I've never been away from home, but if I did have to fly off the live in a different land for a long duration, I'd be pretty nervous.

Protestant church? Let's see... my parents were raised as Buddhists, but it was a Protestant chruch that helped us come here to America, so we also belong to that church also. One of my grandfathers, however, was Catholic, and I also spent a good few years of my life at Catholic schools. So, yeah, it seems that my family doesn't just stick to one religion >_< .

Anyhow, good luck with everything.

You're klutzy too? It's a running joke amongst my friends that I cannot do anything remotely close to physical activity without hurting myself. XDD
My first foray into wearing heels was complete disaster. I literally fell on someone. -_-"

O_o
Thats really, really weird. I can see why you said that you weren't a religious person. Too many choices! :D

We're Buddhists, really. That's what my parents were raised as, and that's what they still are, and what most of the family is. But, I've spent so many years at Catholic school, that I kinda teeter between the two.

My first foray with high heels was, strangely enough, a success. I didn't trip, and everyone told me that I walked "nicer" when wearing heels. XD I'm klutzy because I always manage to walk and bump into things. Also, when I was in high school, I couldn't play a sport without getting injured. >_

I'm not! :D

I'm really stressed about all the packing, but actual worry and panic about spending such a long time there hasn't quite set in yet. Feels more like I'm going for a holiday! XD

But give me two weeks in Sydney. Just two weeks and I can guarantee that I'll be bitching about all that laundry/washing/cooking/studying I have to do and will be bawling into the phone every night to my mom about how much I want to come home. :P

Started packing a couple of days back and didn't know that some of the toiletries I packed wasn't capped properly. Surprise! Surprise! My shower foam leaked all over my suitcase and clothes inside and the smell and taste of the shower foam attracted ants. So now my suitcase reeks of mango and ants are crawling inside. -_-"
Oh dear -__-'
That happened to me too when I went on a vacation. It was mine and my dad's shower gel this time, so my bag smelled like a combination of Fa and Axe. Smelled good, but everything got wet and slimy-ish.

Yay! I stand not alone!
That's all I ate when my mom was at the hospital with my dad. I was foodless. Lotsa junk food, instant noodles, tacos and baked potatoes which are easily baked in the microwave-man's best invantion to date.

It's Wednesday now, and you still haven't crossed everything off your list yet. Are you ready to go?
