This was surely giving him a headache. At least the amount of blood he 'lost' due to being stabbed more than twice just happened in Rhode's dream world, otherwise Rabi couldn't tell if he could be walking right now. Good thing he could use his hammer to hold on to when he felt he would lose his footing.

"What a pain..." Rabi grunted under his breath, walking out of one of the abandoned houses. Nothing to eat on any of the houses, barely any water to ease the burning sensation all over his body either. He wondered if Yuu was going to go looking for him, but chances were he wouldn't at most.

Where was he supposed to go, anyway? He just arrived, not in the best shape, so he couldn't freely explore around and try and make himself comfortable somewhere. Heck, it would be a miracle if he managed to get out from the maze of houses this neighborhood was made of; the streets were eerie as they were, deserted and-- ah, bad move!

Silly him, tripping over his own hammer for support. "Dammit..."

Finding it easier to take to the rooftops in search of the idiot redhead (begrudgingly, one of two he was now cursed with), Kanda landed with the grace of a cat on top of the rough shingles of a house. Diligence flooded his gaze as it scanned the streets below from his crouch; it felt better to be able to exercise his once-locked up muscles in this manner anyway ( ... )

Raising himself to his feet was proving harder than usual, even if his hammer provided the necessary support. His legs felt a bit rusty even now, his knees making a painful crack as he straightened himself. Rabi really just wanted to lay down somewhere and sleep for a week.

Keeping his head bowed, as if really going to attempt at sleep, while his arms around the hammer, he barely noticed the presence of the Japanese exorcist. When Yuu did talk, he had to blink himself awake and look up to make sure he wasn't half dreaming that.

A grin spread across his face, giving a small wave towards the other. "Hey, boss~" Honestly, couldn't he be more obvious? "I can assure you it feels worse than hell." Despite his statement, Rabi tried his best to give off the impression that he was perfectly fine. "Surprised to see you bothered to look for me, actually."

At least the idiot still had his inflated sense of bravado. Kanda scoffed absent-mindedly, dutifully choosing to not respond to Rabi's jab at his coming to look for him. Sometimes, he didn't even get it himself. Glutton for punishment, maybe.

"I could have come to watch you keel over for good this time," Kanda halfway threatened, and rather pointedly at that. The dark-haired teen stalked closer, noticing with mild chagrin that it really did look like Rabi had used his own Fire Seal on himself. Never did he think this moron was serious about that. At least he didn't look as though he'd actually been stabbed. That could have been troublesome, though it made Kanda wonder in the safety of his own mind what the hell he was blithering about before.

He'd sure as hell never stabbed Rabi, as often as his fingers had twitched on Mugen to do just that.

Despite the threat, Rabi kept on grinning, if only his eye twitching and his grin hardening a little at how cold Yuu still was - always was. "But you aren't. That's what counts~" He couldn't help it though, to try and rub off some of the possible ashes stuck on his face; Yuu sure was a good distraction to the burning pain with his threats.

Rabi did step back a little though, finding the other's examination a bit uncomfortable right now. "Yuu, 'm really tired..." Tired, hurt... All Rabi knew was that he needed to rest sometime soon. Never did Rabi intend to sound whiny or needy, but his limbs felt like they would fall apart anytime.

To enhance his point, the redhead swayed slightly, his legs warning to give out on him, yet he managed to keep himself standing, still giving Yuu a half dorkish grin.
